PIL2 set for October 11 Release
After a long wait and mounting anticipation. Ja Rule, through super producer 7 Aurelius, has finally revealed a release date for his highly anticipated sequel to 2001′s Pain is Love, Pain is Love 2 or PIL2.
After exclusively revealing to MIO that the albumed was delayed to “capture the creativity and energy” around Rule before he checked in for his 18 month stint behind bars, 7 Aurelius took to his newsletter www.painislove2.com to tell the fans directly that the album has been given an October 11 release date by Fontana/Universal.
So in the next few months, expect the release of singles such as “Never Had Time”, “Black Vodka” and the first single, “Real Life Fantasy” who’s video was directed by the legendary Hype Williams.
It’s now just 8 weeks to the album release, so if you haven’t already…..Get on the PIL!!

Let’s just say it like it is….this is why Ja fell of his spot….because he surounds himself with people that make shit like this happen.
I’m not in music or anything but I am confindent to say that even I would have done a better job promoting and pushing this album.

If you read our interview with 7 you might see why he CHOSE to delay the release of the album.
The album was turned in and a release date was decided upon. These things don’t happen over night.
And yes. The album will be CLASSIC

The comment has nothing to do with being in music or understanding music at all …learn to read between the lines!!!

PS: A Classic? Let’s just see if this can hit platinum first (no offense to Ja), the lirycs are always out of this world but the productions sometimes are…..not up to the lyrics. From what i’ve heard of the album untill now I’m afraid I have to say only 3 to 4 songs are really good…the rest is not worthy of a Ja Album.
You don’t have to go platinum for it to be a classic. Most albums that sell a great deal are straight trash. From what I heard it sounds great. I haven’t anticipated a release this much since I was in high school.
This is some bullshit delayed and delaying ja’s album to much. Don’t get me wrong am a ja rule fan but come on its ridiculous everyone is waitin anticipating for ja rule album and great comeback to all those who doubt him. That’s all I got to say.

Let us all wait for this album to drop…platinum or no platinum……listening to the album will determine its quality…i have been a Ja fan even since before venni vetti vecci and i have never got bored of listening to him singing… so chillax fellas, thou the date push ups is not that fascinating…we just gotta try and hold up till we get the album…cheers Ja fans
I have been Ja’s fan since the time i knew what hip-hop means and i have to say that Ja lyrics is are one of d dopest in d game but i hv to agree wit @LioFA when he said Ja’s production kinda sucks cos i cant see d hype of d upcoming album anywhere,i hv to enter to find out about it.
One more thing,who are d artists he featured in dis album? I would like to know that….
